Nice spot!!! For work or to stay focused! Plenty of seats available! And my matcha latte was good! I first had a small corner spot but had to change because I needed to use my laptop! That corner is cute but didn’t have a plug, so it’s good for reading a book! 📖

Five all the way. Clean & welcoming, nice, knowledgeable, and easy-going staff. Bathrooms are clean and don’t smell like pee. I couldn’t get the touchless hand dryer to stay on for long enough and had to keep moving my hands, no points off. The toilet paper was hung the wrong way also, but I try not to judge when I see that. I do, however, have to fix it, which I did. The atmosphere was just lovely, decent music at a good volume, not crowded at all on this Wednesday afternoon. A variety of seating for the many different things people like to do in caffès. I went for a morning walk and grabbed coffee, but the two guys working there looked fresh out of college and totally clueless. My Americano was so weak it basically tasted like dirt water. I should’ve just gone to the Starbucks next door — they have much better baristas.

Every Caffè Nero I visit is absolutely great and the staff is super cool. But the trash area always smells terrible. Also, the wall outlets are so loose that chargers constantly fall out. They need to fix this soon because they are likely losing business from people needing to work, and this is a recurring issue at all their locations.
