I like Hook Fish & Chicken—their chicken wings be hitting every time. Crispy, flavorful, and definitely satisfying when you’re craving some good fried food. But let’s be real… the prices keep going up, and it’s getting out of hand. On top of that, they’re real stingy with the seasoning. You already paying a premium, and now you gotta pay extra just to get a little more flavor on top? That part don’t sit right with me. At this point, just go ahead and add the extra seasoning. The service is OK the food that they prepare. They already have it cooked and they’re frying it. The oil doesn’t taste the cleanest the cheese fries I don’t know what type of cheese they use, but it is not even sitting right in my stomach and ot haven’t even been 5 minutes don’t come here and the price is outlandish

I wished there was 0 star The older lady at the front desk were extremely rude to us when we wanted to oder food today. Please educated your staffs how to approach customers with a smile on the face and friendly to clients. If you are in the Cranky Bad attitude please don't come to work and treat the customers poorly. The whole experience was awful 😖

The cranky woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and unfriendly to us and the other customers. I told her she was rude twice and she didn't even care to appologize or try to be friendly. We left and went to Leann Chin next door instead and were greeted by friendly faces.
