Stopped in to grab some food for lunch. Asked to use the bathroom and was told I needed to order first, which I did. I had to come out the bathroom twice, once to ask for toilet paper, then again to notify staff of the empty paper towel dispenser. Since this appears to be a fairly busy store, the bathroom should be up to par for dine in and carry out customers!

⭐ 1 Star — If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I ordered chicken tenders and was given chicken nuggets instead. Mistakes happen, but what happened next was completely unacceptable. When I returned to have the order corrected, the employee at the drive-thru window became argumentative and raised his voice, insisting that I ordered nuggets when I clearly did not. I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for over 10 years, and within the last 4 years the quality of the food has just completely depleted. Every single time I come here there seems to be something wrong with my order, they forget something and I have to drive all the way back after calling them, or they are just rude and seem to have no care to do their job.
