Food: Their pretzels are delicious here!! Crunchy salt on top of a soft, pillowy pretzel with a side of delicious queso makes it a go to. The ‘What The Guac?’ burger was yummy. The guacamole wasn’t brown at all which tells me that it was fresh, and that freshness paired nicely with the heavier beef and toppings. The truffle fries were also good, crispy and flavorful. I would say a little less on the salt because the Parmesan cheese made it extra salty. Service: Our server was great, attentive and kind! *** 6/6/26 UPDATE .. 5280 is still 🔥 Brought my son down here on our way to a concert at Folsom Field. Got us a few of their big burgers, smothered fries and a few beers on tap. I'm glad this place is far away from us cuz otherwise I'd be here everyday 🤔 5280 is legit 🔥🔥. Been here a few times and every one of those times their food doesn't miss! They have multiple burgers to choose from great appetizers and great local beers on tap. They have happy hour with great things to choose from. The patio seating has an area where you sit outside but you sit at the bar, which is cool. The truffle

Quick service and Riley was a wonderful waitress. The Guac burger i chose was flavorful and moist. Forgot to take a photo of it after I took my first bite because it was so good. Tots and queso were good as well. Shishito peppers were a treat. I dipped them in the queso.
