Always horrible service. Long wait time for no reason; workers do not care (not surprised) and even openly state they are considering walking out. Pictured is the line of cars in the drive thru, 3 behind me. 3 cars went through ahead of us. 30-40 minutes just to pull forward and order. 4 people were inside. I don't blame the staff; it needs better management.

Today around midnight, I drove in to pick up an order by car. This was absolutely the worst place I have ever been served at in my entire life. The order was placed through the DoorDash app, and I drove straight to the pickup window so I wouldn’t waste time. Instead, I wasn’t even allowed to explain anything and was immediately told to go to the end of the line and repeat everything into the microphone as if it were a new order. Listen, I'm not blaming the workers at all here. Y'all need to hire more people, point blank period. Over the course of this entire past year, it's been 45 min to over an hour wait for drive thru between 11pm and 4am. I have had workers look me in the eyes and tell me they had to close early because "there's no manager here". This time, we have currently been in line for 40 minutes, still do not have food, and just watched 2 workers walk out to their cars to go home for the night. How is this place being ran, exactly? Absolutely won't service. This is second time in 2 days I've been here to door dash. Never again, and will go to Laurel rd taco bell first time i waited 25 minutes for an order hearing the staff they don't give a darn about door dash and it will wait however long. The manager was just sitting in back with feet up on desk..... this time over the mic staff was beyond rude. I have a day job at a respected car dealership in customer service. And id be making tacos as well if I had this syltores atttude... do not go here.
