Inconsistencies I asked for a double blended extra thick golden eagle I expressed i dont want a slushy from sonic. Extra thick double blended. What did I get a slushy out the machine. Im beyond fed up with this because its NOT the first time nor second.... but when the employee takes their time to do it like I ordered it it comes out good. And they ask for a tip when they dont even take the time to do it right. SMH!!!!

My husband and I wanted to try something new for coffee other then Starbucks when we were on a road trip with the kids and we had heard about Dutch Bros but never been. The lady who took our order was very sweet and knowledgeable giving us all kinds of options and taking her time with us since it was our first time to this establishment. After we ordered, the employees at the window were polite and even wiped our cups to get any dripping off so the cups were clean when they gave them to us. Normally I have a great experience. But not today. I had got a drink today (golden eagle no wip) and I didn't drink it till I had gotten home, but it felt really light and tasted like it was 75 percent wipecream with a little bit of coffee with Carmel..... Def not what I normally get.

The mornings need more people working. I stood at the pickup window for my simple online order for a good 10 minutes and was completely ignored by the ONE person working who just paid attention to the drive thru. Early mornings are the busiest for coffee places, why is there only one employee? I ordered online to expedite things but still had to go through the drive thru because I was ignored at the window.
