D R★I’ve been here 2x’s. On a Saturday & on a Monday evening. Both times same cashier helped me. The name tag said supervisor at the bottom. Unfortunately both experiences have been negative. Her attitude is so off putting, not friendly at all & speaks in a derogatory way. It’s unfortunate because every other Coffee Bean I’ve been to the staff is so friendly & welcoming. Hopefully next time I come this won’t be the experience.
Miguel Esteban Luevanos★I've advised the team at this location in the morning that there is someone who sleeps on urine and enters the facility and sits down and they do not clean the chairs. I have shown them the picture of the health hazards yet nothing is done. Now I am being falsely accused of leaving residue from smoking. I will take a video camera lie detector test if the manager agrees.
David Berke★★★★The people in front of me were taking a very very long time and then finally Joshua came over and opened up another register which I found a very thoughtful and smart move. He provided me with wonderful service and I got my vanilla latte which is what I like best at the coffee bean.
