I visited this restaurant recently while recovering from a bad cold, and it turned out to be exactly the kind of experience I needed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, elegant, and genuinely Italian. Since I came alone, I sat at the bar and soon met the owners—an Italian couple who clearly care deeply about what they do. I ordered in Italian, and they welcomed me with such kindness that I immediately felt at home. We were waiting for a special moment to come have dinner at this restaurant, and unfortunately it was a bit disappointing. The quality of the food was not what I expected. I ordered the risotto special of the day, and it was cold, It did not have the creamy texture of a risotto — it tasted more like fried rice with shrimp. I did not enjoy it at all. The pasta dishes, however, were very good. The waitress asked us what kind of salad we would like with the meal as if it was included, without letting us know it would be an extra charge. The drinks and desserts were good.

We chose this restaurant for a Valentine’s Day dinner and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow. We made an early reservation and were seated when the restaurant was not even half full. We ordered shortly after being seated, yet we waited over an hour between courses and our next dish still had not arrived. We had to flag down our server to ask what was happening. While he apologized and waived the drinks (Ty!), the overall experience had already been overshadowed by the excessive wait. The timing and execution felt disorganized and poorly managed.
