I feel like my experience was not the "norm" because the place was busy and usually is whenever I drive by. I went in about 2pm, so this is after the lunch rush. I figured that's why tables were dirty, staff busy from lunch. If you want overpriced slop, this is the place to go! I ordered the Big Tipsy Bowl and a Chicken Burrito. I walked to the counter and placed my order. I expected the food to be hot and fresh but it wasn't. The food looks nothing like what's being advertised. They gave me what looked like and tasted like day old, cut up chicken tenders in the Big Tipsy Bowl. Ordered food last night said to be ready at 9:34 got there around 9:36, no to go order ready. That’s ok sat down to wait, they were still kind of busy several tables.
