No mashed potatoes, no chicken. I had to wait 20 mins for them to make chicken.. that's okay I didn't mind. Got home this chicken in BURNT !! They either refried it or just straight up burned. Smells and tastes horrible. Tried to call no one answers the telephone.. phone number directs to Thai Blues. What a waste of Money.

Terrible customer service and poor food quality!! The cheese on my Cajun Chicken Biscuit was cold and not melted at all just slapped on the sandwich. They were out of Pepsi and Cheerwine. The grease the Bo Rounds are being fried in needs to be changed. I’ve called 10 times since 1pm and not one call has gotten answered.

To the OWNER, pay your employees a wage to make them want to put in actual effort in their work. I went to pick up an online order, I gave them 30 minutes before arriving to get it together. It was just 6 biscuits and a large fry. I arrived and they said they didn't get my order. They asked a guy in the back and he said he started my order, then stopped and didn't know what happened to it... Either fire the ones that don't care about their job or give them an increase in pay because service this poor is unacceptable. Took them an additional 45 minutes just to get my order. I was trying to order the fuego breakfast burrito with extra sauce but the AI didn't understand. Waited 10 mins for a employee, ended up going up to the window instead and this black rude lady told me to go back around. She said she couldn't place the order at the window. Currently been another 10 minutes waiting for a employee again. The lady finally ended up telling me to pull up to the window.
