I am just unsure, walking through the door I felt like I was in a teenagers room. Boxes lined part of the counter limiting the counter space to grab quick items. The entire drink counter needed so much attention. Only Small and XL cups were available and no XL tops. The coffee dispenser for cappuccino wasn't working and the floor could have used some TLC throughout. Using the kiosk to check out was sticky. I don't know if it's normally this unorganized but I hope this little bit of constructive criticism will do this place some good or at least have more staff on hand to handle restock.

Go somewhere else. There are better gas stations nearby. Food should not take upwards of 30 minutes to make. I ordered through the Sheetz app, but the app forced the wrong address. My order arrived over an hour late even though I’m less than five minutes away. By the time it got here, the food was cold, the drink was melted, and the paid extras I added were missing. When I called the store, the manager was dismissive, blamed DoorDash, and refused to give his name. “ I guess it’s missing” “that’s DoorDash” “we don’t give our names” (CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS THAT YOU DO AND MUST) .. That is poor

Waited more than 45 minutes to get a simple tray of nachos and cheese. I drove away and when I opened the tray of chips, they were all burnt and tasted horribly.
