This was my first and last time patronizing this establishment! The chicken was grossly undercooked! It took over 25 minutes for my food, so for it to be this level of undone is crazy! AND the "chicken" is hard as hell!! I called and they kept me on hold for over 12 minutes! After reading the reviews, undercooked chicken is the norm for this business. They are going to cause someone to be very sick serving garbage like this! Clearly the owner does not read the reviews or doesn't care. The worst Harold's I have EVER visited! The food was really good. Well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The staff was distant, unwelcoming and very stingy with sauce, both hot sauce and mild sauce for all orders. It was fairly clean and organized inside, but extremely limited seating while you wait for order to be completed. As a matter of fact they had a sign asking that you move away from the counter once your order is placed, and either sit in one of the two seats they provided or wait in your vehicle. The prices are reasonable and again the food was good, so I would probably go back and let my son go inside to place the order.

I placed four orders( 3)1/2 mixed chicken & four wings with ketchup, mild sauce, and hot sauce on the fries and the chicken. The picture below is what I got. I noticed on the window they say no cash refund no refund whatsoever so I asked her at the window. Did she make sure she put sauce all three on the fries and the chicken she said yes the bag was taped up. When I said there’s no mild sauce, hot sauce or catch up on the chicken she said the only thing I can offer you to come back and get the sauce.
