Panera Bread is one of my favorite restaurants and this Burnsville location is the best I’ve ever been to. I recently stopped going to the much closer Apple Valley location since they’re always out of bread and never give me the little tortilla strips for my soup. How can a restaurant with bread in its name never have bread? Luckily, this Burnsville location has bread and I was blessed with the tortilla strips. Our food was hot and ready on time and the sandwiches were clearly made with love and respect. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future, and, hopefully the Apple Va

Stopped in for late breakfast and to meet with some friends. Food was well-prepared. Coffee was hot and fresh - staff was attentive to check and replace during my visit. I will definitely make this a place to eat and meet with friends in the future!

Sadly, I will not be surprised when this location shuts down. The customer service from the leadership and staff on duty really stinks. I placed an online order and received the wrong breakfast sandwiches. Instead of replacing my same order, I was offered a Pick 2 credit. I don't usually eat lunch at Panera. I also tried placing another online order on a different day for breakfast at 10am and the website displayed the breakfast items are unavailable even though breakfast ends at 10:30. I call the store and asked the employee what time breakfast ends, she confirmed 10:30 and I let her know the
