Burnt chicken. Took back got burnt chicken again. Mashed potatoes were not even mixed. This is the worst kfc ever. Black chicken with so much grease yuck. Taking it back again at this point just want a refund. Refund was refused. They are in the process of changing the oil since new manager took over weeks ago. That's literally what they said. Oil hasn't been changed. Gross and disgusting. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. This place needs to be shut down before someone gets sick.

I've only written well this will be my fourth review. Two were positive and one negative about food. This is the small fry I was given tonight prior to eating any.. just sick of getting gypped out of my money. Not to mention the whole meal is barely lukewarm warm, like I know you people don’t care but how hard is it.

Went to get dinner and the drive thru was 10 cars deep. Ordered 2 Cole slaw, got home and I had 2 mashed potatoes. Not the first time. They had the doors locked so no one could go in the building to eat or order. Food is always a bit iffy. Very slow and they don't seem to care. Occasionally you get a happy person helping.. but not usually. I would try a different location if you are able to.
