I went to this taco bell last night and ordered a gordita crunch which had a doughy tortilla and tasted un heated. They also forgot my cinnamon twists which came with my box order, gave me a watered down baja blast, and after i specifically put on my mobile order hot sauce and was confirmed at the speaker that I wanted HOT sauce they only gave me mild which was never requested. Honestly felt like I was being pranked with how bad my order was. I did go thirty minutes before close and I understand that that can be annoying as a worker but an establishment should not be open if they can not even

Mikes was soooo weet and had such a kind soul! He needs a raise, he doesn't look all miserable like rest something more just ready to get home and not be there. No more with her drive and then treat the customers like crap. He actually cares about his customer.

Showed up 10 minutes after the order got done and wasted another 10 minutes in the drive through because we didn't see the mobile pick up sign at the front. Got in there and the food wasn't done, watched as one girl sat on her phone and did nothing and another one was being told was all the screens in front of her meant, sat there for 20 minutes waiting for food.
