Went for a birthday 🎈 The staff and manager are friendly. The party package was beyond affordable and included everything I needed. They installed some new games and we racked up plenty points for amazing prizes. They added a indoor playground. After all these year Chuck e cheese is still the place to be a kid.

I just have to make this very clear. Your restaurant on Roosevelt blvd is absolutely atrocious. The fact that these employees are there to make a child's birthday dreams come true is just disgusting. The employees dont smile. They ignore any requests. If there is a complaint, they laugh it off and walk away. 100% contemplating sueing the company based on the half ass pizza they brought out. The slices weren't even the same size. The pizza was definitely put together from other recycled pizzas from other tables. Our daughters birthday party was from 3pm to 5pm. They didn't bring us to the tab
