We went to KFC for dinner. And the one taking our order was sweet and she was funny. We went up to the drive through and the guy got our card and he was also super nice. One of the workers who was handling food had a vape in their hand and was using it. The food took a while to come out and had almost no one their to serve just use and one car.

Literally sat in the drive through yesterday for over a half hour. No employees came to the window to tell me that it would be awhile or what was going on. They helped multiple customers inside while I sat there in the drive through. I only ordered 1 combo a med fry and a drink. It's the longest most ridiculous experience I've ever had with fast food.

Ordered the 8 for $10 chicken bucket and sides of mashed potatoes and gravy, as well as corn. Chicken was good and hot, as well as other items. Service was quick and staff was great, as they were busy with walk in and drive thru customers. Ate in the store due to traveling. Dining area was clean.

I enjoy kfc they have good food, but I wasn't very happy with waiting 10 mins just to tell them I had a order for pick up ready to go, it wasn't even the fact I stood there it was the fact that the two young men working couldn't Bother to ask or help me while the two gals did all the work. And the place needs a face lift, it's dirty it's old and could use a remodel
