Solid Drinks & Mostly Great Service at Dutch Bros Stopped by Dutch Bros with my daughter and we both left happy with our drinks! I got the iced chai tea with a white chocolate shot — it was creamy, perfectly spiced, and the white chocolate added a nice sweet touch without being overpowering. Really hit the spot. My daughter had the strawberry banana smoothie with whip in the straw — she loved it! The guy at the window was awesome — super nice, made sure the whipped cream was piled high in the straw just like she wanted, and it made her day. That extra personal touch was appreciated. The gir

They have to do better communication with drop days. When required multiple orders to get the drop just to get to the window and already out is very frustrating. Broistas taking your order should let you know they already ran out of special drop so you can know if you’d still like to order or not.
