This might have been my worst experience at Whataburger anywhere. After being the only customer in the drive thru and waiting over 5 minutes after I paid for my food, I at least expected my food to be fresh. Instead I was give cold, overcooked fries and a cold burger. Like cold enough the cheese wasn't even a little bit melted. What was I waiting on if the food I received has obviously been sitting out all day?

Betty was super kind when I needed a little extra love this afternoon. We ordered a burger for my dad (in rehab next door and wanted a plain burger with cheese) and mom ordered a burger but forgot the cheese. I went back in to pay for a slice of cheese. She offered to remake it. I told her no, it was our fault and I'd gladly pay for it. She said just take this slice of cheese then, and make it what he wants!! Perfect solution and quick with an answer for my trivial problem today. She was polite, kind, quick on her feet, and listened to me vent. Shes a good one yall!
