Don’t go to this Taco Bell if you decide to put in a mobile order and then you go to the drive-through to pick up your order and then they tell you oh pull into the parking lot it’ll be three minutes. 10 minutes goes by and nobody comes out meanwhile, five cars have already passed through the drive-through and gotten their food as soon as they ordered, so then you go back through the drive-through. Tell them the name of the order that you’re picking up and you’ll get the food but not only is it cold, It’s wrong because they don’t know how to read or listen. Wast of time and money!

Go to the speaker lady said you have to order at the kiosk inside only go inside and wait almost 20 minutes for a lux box amd nacho frys, not evem busy but I watch 2 or 3 cars go through the drive though and watch people that ordered after me get their food and leave.. whats the hold up frys 20 minutes for fries finally just said im done got a refund and left. this location is always horrible just close it

5/5/2026 @ approximately 4:10p - After arriving at this Taco Bell location to pick up a DoorDash order, I went inside and was completely ignored by staff while trying to retrieve the order. Due to the lack of assistance and overall negative experience, I was ultimately unable to complete the delivery and had to remove myself from the order entirely. Corporate office should really look into this incident because paying customers should not be deprived of receiving the food they paid for due to poor customer service and lack of support for delivery drivers. Tell me why, my order was Thrown into one bag, the quesadillas had 2 teaspoons of cheese in them and the tacos were made with hardly any sour cream. Tell me why they acted like I was wrong for coming back when I was uninformed that they didnt have boxes. Mind you they weren't even busy. I don't recommend this taco bell. They need a whole new staff and a manager who ensures proper food preparation
