This is the scoop I received - like 2 spoonfuls. The cashier was understanding of my disappointment when I pointed out it wasn’t even half full. She was going to fill it up more but her manager intervened and said they won’t fill it up to the expected amount. This wasn’t a free scoop, I paid for this. Incredibly cheap location with very poor customer service from the manager. The Livonia and Westland locations have never ever given such a skimpy and cheap amount of product. Avoid this spot, for the price you pay you should at least receive the full amount. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I want to take a second to compliment the manager, Tyler at this location. I was picking up a DoorDash order and sat there and observed him the entirety of my wait. He was just a pleasant, smiling, helpful person. He was running around effortlessly ensuring everyone was taken care of and happy. I couldn’t help but ask his name and show him respect. Keep up the hard work Tyler! Thank you for being a pleasant human being lol 🙂

Stopped in on a Monday during lunch time. Very quiet and lots of help. We quickly ordered at the counter. This location is very clean. Parking lot is layed out open with outdoor seating and plenty of parking Stepping inside. The place is clean. Carpet clean. Tile clean. There was someone waking around the entire time we were there wiping things down. Counters. Tables. Moldings. It shows ! Orders chicken tenders and a double butter burger basket. This was my second visit to Culver's and it didn't disappoint! I still recommend this location who loves great food and service! Great food with excellent service! I entered the restaurant and was greeted promptly. The young man took my order in a friendly manner. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss basket, which came with crinkle fries and a medium soft drink. He ensured that I knew that it only came with mushrooms and Swiss cheese, which was perfect for me. The dining room was clean and well organized. The drink tower area was clean and stocked as well.
