I want to start by saying that I genuinely like this Dunkin’ location and I come here often. The drinks are usually very good, and the staff is always polite and doing their best, which I really appreciate. That said, I do think this location could benefit from some improvements. The drive-through often appears to be understaffed, which results in longer wait times and occasional order mix-ups. I completely understand how busy it can get, especially during peak hours, but having a little more support for the employees could make a big difference for both staff and customers. Over all I really love this location, the guys in the morning are very polite. Today was a horrible experience with an employee by the name Dulce. She was very rude and had horrible customer service. I placed an order trough the drive way saw that it all was wrong. So I went in to get it fixed because I noticed 2 stickers on my order I always order an ice dunkalate and that was the label on top. But the label on the bottom said 3 caramel swirls 3 sugar and it keeped going. She automatically said it was the correct order when it clearly wasn't I have that order every day it was the wrong color

Very clean restaurant. Plenty of retail products to purchase. Staff and Management are extremely helpful and friendly. I ordered the pumpkin cold brew and pumpkin donuts. By mistake they gave me a blueberry donut. The Staff changed the donut right away. Good customer service. I thought the blueberry had more taste than the pumpkin. Both are very good. I have a new passion "Cold Brew" coffee great during the hot summers. Please give Dunkin a try.

Our drinks were very good. We placed an online order and it took about 15 minutes for the order to be ready. When we went to go pick up our order, we weren’t treated with a best service. When I asked a question, I was just stared at, and when I asked again, they responded back to me with an attitude. Other than that, I would still come back, this Dunkin location is nice.
