RANDY (don quixote) IS AMAZING. The best service ever, and he was so kind, so quick, so funny and gave us travelers an awesome experience! Even while delivering food to us dining in he was also taking orders in the drive thru. we were so impressed. IDK what Randy makes but I know it’s not enough - get this man a raise!

I had pulled up to this Del taco after a full day of work and I only heard a slight mumble from the receiver at the drive-through menu. I asked “hello” and “ you want me to pull forward” and “can you hear me”at least 5 to 7 times. What made this situation start heading downhill very fast is the fact that she refused to acknowledge me at the drive-through window. I don’t know if she was thinking. Maybe if she ignores me I’ll go away, but I couldn’t hear anything she was saying so which one would be rude? What terrible service! I thought the last time—before this one—was just because the woman working there was in a bad mood, but today she did it again. She was completely despotic—and not just with me, but with everyone she served. If she doesn't understand what customer service is, she should go find a job somewhere else. She made us wait behind about seven cars, only to then not even fulfill the orders; two customers left without receiving their DoorDash orders, and she didn't serve the two people behind me, either.
