It was very strange to me that the employee didn’t tell me the restroom code and instead went over and entered it herself discreetly. Do you normally unlock the restroom door for all customers, or was there something different about my situation?

Without fail this location messes up our order everytime! It’s the closest one to my house and I will literally drive farther to avoid going to this one. We went there 2 days ago and not only did they mess up the order again but when my husband got out of the drive thru and went inside the cook came out and was totally rude. Saying that he made it right when clearly it was chicken and not steak… so someone else fixed it for us. Then we got home and the taco was completely broken. They usually are always broken from this location as well.

Crappy service, staff and lousy food. Now I know why I don't go to tb. No napkins, receipt, no ebt with drive thru, rude employees both male and female were arrogant, nasty and have no business working in the service business. Go pick up trash on the streets. And I paid over $3 for a small drink before this visit. TB is off my list!!!!! And I found a small hair in my cheese sauce cup and it's not mine!!!!!! Gross discussing place!

The manager tonight, Stephanie, was absolutely amazing. She was thanking the other staff for their good work as she walked by them which I thought was an awesome management style that’s not seen much anymore and she handled my order issues with kindness and professionalism. She is such an asset to that tacobell and the people that come there.
