I've never had a problem with this location before. I came tonight and ordered two nugget meals and when I got home, realized they had only given me one. I got home 10 minutes before close. Needless to say, I'm so disappointed. I do not live close. I go out of my way to come to this location frequently.

I typically love this location, service and food are on point per usual! Yet, I had a conversation with the manager moments ago as businesses should consider people over production. In 32 degree weather, it's not okay to have these employees standing outside taking orders! Not a good look Chick Fila! At this point, the other location down the street has evened out the traffic from yall volume. Move those people in side. Nevertheless, the manager said thank you for the observation, as if that helps their frigid bones.

They forgot to put one of our entrees in the bag. I called the store and spoke to the manager, but she just said it couldn’t be resolved over the phone and completely brushed it off. She didn’t even acknowledge the mistake or apologize. Mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service was really disappointing.
