Nice large restaurant. The fried Vietnamese egg rolls were so delicious. I definitely recommend it. The bun Bo hue was delicious - not super spicy, definitely tolerable. Nice lemongrass broth. The pho was also pretty good - I've had better pho broth, but it was still tasty. I did a build your own pho bowl for $19. The prices are higher than I expect with pho (I'm used to $15 bowls max), but maybe that's inflation and the area. Plus the portions are pretty large and they give a lot of meat. The pho portion was large, authentic, and delicious. They were generous with the meat. I did order extra meatballs but was satisfied with the normal portion. The table had all of the sauces and dressing for Vietnamese food available. Not many restaurants have all of those available these days. It came with veggies but the portion was much smaller compared to other local pho places. I ordered vinegar onions and the portion was too small as well. I had a fantastic experience at Pho Saigon! I started with their dumplings (which were delicious) and had the pho for my main—everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. What really makes this place stand out is the atmosphere. It’s very quiet, chill, and has a great vibe if you’re looking for a relaxed meal. It’s easily a 10 out of 10 for me. I would highly recommend trying this spot if you're in the area!
