The crab was spicy and sweet with a great texture. It wasn’t exactly what I expected flavor-wise, and personally I wish it were just a bit saltier, but once I added a little soy sauce dipping sauce with rice and seaweed… it healed every little part of me that had been craving this dish for so long. Then the soup came. The soup was still bubbling. (It was still boiling, in the bowl.) Then the main dish came out. We cracked the egg into the rice, then added the veggies. (On the first visit we got the 'medium' spice level. On this visit we got the 'spicy' spice level.) The food was great. Spicy but flavorful. And fresh off the fire hot. Be careful because the food is hot.
