Years I’ve been going to this location but I had to start going to the South Carson location because early in the morning they don’t have blended drinks. Either they are cleaning the machine or it’s not made yet. I’m very disappointed because this location is easy access to jump on the freeway and get to work. Staff is always amazing. They never have the blended ready when I roll through now very disappointing

I placed an online order at 8:45. I get there at 8:52 and my order was supposed to be ready at 8:53. The girl tells me its not ready yet, so I say okay and wait. How does it get til 9:06 and I go and ask, and they tell me they cleared my order? I have to show them my email I got to confirm it. Another girl asks me if I placed it at the wrong dutch, while the other had confirmed it. I also have to wait an extra 10 minutes, no offer of a free drink next time, just a sorry. Its finals week and I was late to it. If I wanted to stop and order at the window, and be late—I would have. But I thought o

This place sucks. U wait 40 mins for a fancy soda...I went and it reminded me why I never come here. Drinking this "rebel" I can feel the diabetes setting in. Do urself a favor and buy an 8 Oz redbull at a gas station and save urself the headache and the diabetes. Can I please get a refund this is terrible

Worst coffee experience I've ever had!!! To be nice I let my 20 year old mobile order and I will swing by and pick it up. The number of times the order had been made wrong, not made a half hour later, lost, or stuck in limbo is always. I have NEVER had a good experience with this location. I will be going to Human Been from now on, thank you, I like their service much better than yours! Now I will actually order a coffee along with my kid and they will be getting our generous tip 😁 oh and if you refer me to your customer service team, don't worry I tried that and it was as dumb as you!
