Hello, again I’m the guy that Apologized for what happened today in the morning. I don’t know the guy that good My business is chauffeur service like Uber Black or Luxury Transportation where the client can be anyone just like your store different people go to it or the same. First time that I find him disrespecting anyone for that reason, I no longer do service with him. Because I also take that seriously of course I didn’t tell him right away you want to de-escalate the Problem. For anybody coming to this location on a busy day, I recommend parking across the street at the Park and Ride. I always get my food in under 25 min by ordering inside. A lot of people avoid this location because of its size which makes it perfect.

Sadly this is the lowest rating I have ever given for an In-N-Out Burger. This location is surprisingly small with only a few seats inside along the enterance. The service was outstanding and everyone was friendly and helpful. The bad thing is the fries were strangely hard. The first orders of fries were very hard and crispy like they were overcooked but they did not look overcooked. They were replace and the second order of fries were better but the ends of every one of the fries were again hard and we did not eat them. It was the strangest thing. It's a very tiny in and out. Food is great and they prepare everything quickly and politely. They're really efficient and handle very high volume right off the freeway all day long. Never had a bad meal here. There are a few outdoor dining tables but inside there are only three tables, and they are packed together and Tiny.
