Rose★★★Let’s keep it cute but honest: there aren’t a lot of solo-friendly spots in Carson. So starting December through the end of February (before I peace out to Hawai‘i 🏝️), you’ll find me here more often than I’d like to admit—strictly at the bar. The service? Top tier. 10/10. Bartenders? Attentive, kind, and they don’t skimp on the pour. Drinks? Pretty good—again, mostly thanks to the staff. Now for the food… It’s okay. I guess it’s supposed to be barbecue, but let’s be real—it’s more “corporate comfort” than anything smoked or soulful. Still, it does the job if you’re not being picky and just
