First time visiting. The salsa flight was delightful, each salsa was very yummy. The El Tigre is definitely Smokey and the Clemente's isn’t overly cilantro flavored. I ordered the Baja Tacos with chicken and the hubbs got the Lawsuit crunch wrap. Everything tasted great and seemed upscale. Good portion size. Will return!

This has to be one of the most underrated restaurants in Castle Rock. Please don't let the bad reviews keep you from trying this gem. The food is some of the best we have ever had. This is not your typical sloppy Mexican food. This is all day, thought out, and perfectly balanced food you would get if you had a sweet abuela that wanted to show you how much she loved you! The food was very tasty. The service was great. We enjoyed the cozy outdoor seating. My only issue is I hate paying extra for the chips and salsa. It was great. But better when it's included. The smokey salsa (one on the middle was ok.) The other two were great!
