I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for years, so I was disappointed by my experience during Nurses Week. I politely asked whether the free coffee promotion for nurses was available, but instead of a kind explanation, I felt dismissed. I completely understand if not all locations participate, but customer service and communication could have been handled much better. As a healthcare worker and regular customer, I expected a little more respect and kindness.

I had a great experience with the young man who served a blueberry donut at 3:41 pm. I had no idea these donuts were so amazing. He gave great service and was so very kind. I wish I grabbed his name because we need more nice people like him in the world.

Always get ood service at this location. Recently they were very kind when my daughter spilled her hot chocolate. They replaced it and made us feel ok about the mess.

This location is a hit or miss. Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel toasted. Was not toasted. The top part of the bagel was so thick that when I bit into it, felt like I was eating nothing but an untoasted bagel. I also ordered a small ice tea with 3 stevia. No stevia in it.
