It's McDonald's, but the way Lorenzo interacted with his customers today, and i really mean not just me was genuinely so kind and helpful. Not really what I typically expect at McD's honestly. I really appreciated his above and beyond care not only with his actions, but his deliberate tone. It wasn't cheesy or fake but just kind. I really hope his manager recognizes him as a real asset, and rewards him for his exceptional customer service! I would come back to this location to be served by him. We'll done Lorenzo! This used to be a decent place to go in and sit down and have breakfast But since the ants moved in and the roach by the door things has changed but not for the better. I spoke to management about the 🐜 ants and showed staff the roach at the door. Too often tables are not clean and dried but are left wet or dried residue. Not everybody knows how to clean the table. The floor's in the restroom are left wet for hours during the day nearly every day. Either it's being neglected or there's a water leaking issue. And the latch for the stall is left broke so you don't have privacy. I believe they

Worst mcdonalds drive thru in Baltimore county. Its a shame because the gentleman that takes the order is excellent. Very professional and friendly. As soon as you proceed to the pickup window all hell break loose. They attempted again to have me wait at window 2 for food that should have been ready. The cashier was ignorant and the so called manager who came over offered several excuses for the food not being ready. I generally don’t ridicule people who are obviously less intelligent than average. But the experience I had here recently was amazing to me. I placed my order on the app, paid, and went to the first window to get my receipt. All is well. I get to the second window, and the employee told me to pull to the next window to wait. There was already a car sitting there, so I remained at the window I was at.
