Awful customer service! I am just in disbelief with how condescending the “manager” was when I called to let them know the pizzas I ordered online were not fresh. I picked them up within a few minutes of ordering, and they looked like they’d been sitting in the warmer for a while. There was even cheese missing, and she was laughing and told me that’s normal for a fresh pizza to have cheese slide off. I know she just didn’t want to be bothered to make a new pizza. Honestly, it's a decent deal for the pizza they sell, but their website almost never works—especially when you're trying to use a coupon. The website tells you there's an error and you need to call and place the order, but when you call, they say they can't apply online deals over the phone and that you have to use the website. That leaves no way to actually use the advertised discounts. It honestly feels intentional, like they never intended to honor the deal and just want customers to pay full price. The in-store experience isn't much better. It's common to stand at the counter for 5–10 min

Recently started ordering Pizza for the kids from here, and it has been good. The pizza is what you would expect for the price (which is great). We have ordered here a few times over the past couple of months and never had a bad experience or bad pizza.

I have had a problem every single time I set foot in this building and I'm not even one to be complaining on here usually. Despite the fact that there were probably 5 people working in this tiny, closet of a room, not a single person helped me and I stood there for 10 minutes. I actually even walked out of the building to grab something from my car and then back in and no one even batted an eye. Whoever owns this either needs to speak with their employees or be fired cause it's absolutely ridiculous. And you KNOW I'm serious about this cause I'm GenZ and also I've worked in food service before
