The new remodel is TERRIBLE. Only bad UI self serve machines. Don’t even have a menu on the wall for people to look at anymore so everyone drags butt at the self serve machines. And there is some kind of alarm they having going off every 30s that is over 90 db loud in the seating area. I’ll never go back to this store again. AND LOOK AT THIS DANG TACO. It’s like you guys are mad at me for coming to your dang store!

Well done on upgrading the store! It looks phenomenal. However, the team (employees) needs to be upgraded. They are trained to service the drive thru because of a timer while the online and in store orders get neglected. Let's do better!

The folks at this Taco Bell are helpful, fast, and always so pleasant and friendly. I always use the app to order ahead and it’s always ready to go when I get there. They’ve been out of items before like the seasonal drinks but they are always happy to swap it out for me. Thank you for always being patient with big orders and everyone’s late night munchies! 🫡

The place was not crowded inside and quiet. Also clean. Still took out food to go. Got the taco & burrito pack. We ate in the truck but noticed the first taco had cracked shell. Didn't Want to make fuss on that. But the shells were not crunchy but a slight stale feel to it. The others were the same. Even though we're outside the restaurant we didn't go back in to replace. I presume they would all be replaced by the same stale shells. Tacos were our primary desire. The portions were good inside the tacos and burritos. Lastly. Not sure if we will here there again.
