Tacos El Jefe is easily one of my favorite places to eat in Cedar City! The cheese enchiladas were absolutely delicious, packed with flavor, perfectly smothered, and some of the best I’ve had. The rice and beans were cooked to perfection and complemented the meal perfectly. What made the experience even better was the incredible customer service. The lady at the front counter welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I felt like family from the moment I walked in. Love this place. We stopped here 4 years ago the first time driving through, and now we stop everytime!! It is delicious. I love their crispy tacos which are legit real tortillas that have been crisped up. The shredded beef and chicken are both tasty. The salsa bar is a bonus to add whatever salsa you want. The rest of my family ordered various plates, everyone was happy with chimichanga, burrito, enchilada. I love tacos... Street tacos, crispy tacos, soft tacos.
