A upon arriving we had a party of 7. We were asked if we had a reservation and we said no. They told us it would be about 15 minutes for a table and we waited 20 minutes while the restaurant was less then half full. After being seated we ordered our drinks and then were given our drinks by a second waitress after a “table mix up”. Did not receive straws or lemons that were asked for. We had to ask for them again later. Our party ordered food, appetizers were delivered with no plates. Then our food finally arrives and the waitress rang the wrong meal in for mom. Went on a weekday. It was busy but not crowded. The staff are friendly. The app plate was fully disappointing. The riblets were tough and chewy. The wonton tacos were wet and had an unpleasant aftertaste. The pretzel breadsticks were great. Paid with a card.

Saturday April 18, around 5:30pm. Excellent experience all around. Place wasn't awfully busy when we showed up, but filled up quickly once we were seated. Wife had the Whiskey Bacon Burger and Fries. She loved it. Burger was done perfectly, and so filling she couldn't finish her fries. I had a full rack of Baby Back Ribs, Fries, and Cole Slaw...all of it very delicious. Love the Hot Honey Glaze sauce on the ribs. Cole Slaw and fries were spot on (and we all know Cole Slaw can be a gamble anywhere you eat). By the way---I know a lot of people don't have coffee at a restaurant with full bar; but
