First the costumer service is terrible all employees are miserable from what I assume is the terrible management. On top of this if there is an issue with your food they will not help, my hot fudge Sundae came out half full and they did nothing to help me. Also the managers are constantly rude acting like they are Jesus reincarnated when they go against their no 100$ bill rule and take one from an old man because they don’t know how to figure out what’s a counterfeit bill. They yell at people for no reason all the time and for all of this you would think they could get at least half decent McD

When does a Happy Meal make your children cry? When the staff are so rude and snotty about something as trivial as the choice of dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets. Save yourself from a bad experience and go to literally any other McDonald‘s in the area. Otherwise, prepare yourself for the Unhappy Meal and the bad taste in your mouth.

i usually don’t do reviews, but i have been to this mcdonalds several times in the past year that i have been at UNI, and i am constantly delighted by how nice the staff here is, even under busy circumstances. definitely some of the best service i have been given at any fast food place.

Hello, I frequently come your store. But there is an employee that is constantly in her nose it is very disgusting. If I see the short red head woman I will not order and I will leave. I believe this needs to be addressed, as I am not ordering her snot for dessert.
