I am a very frequent Dutch Bros customer and usually have a great experience at this location, especially with the morning staff. The morning team is always kind, welcoming, and consistent. They recognize me when I come by, greet me by name, and usually already know when I am picking up my order. I stop by almost every morning for coffee, and sometimes I go more than once a day, so I truly appreciate the good service I usually receive. I had an appointment in Cedar Hill and stopped by this location on my way home. The employees I interacted with were so friendly and really cheered me up after being upset from what happened at the appointment before. I didn’t catch the name of the girl who took my order, but Honesty gave me my drink and they were both lovely. Thank yall for bringing some sunshine to my day!! Plus, they got my drink right on the first try (the location by my house never does)! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m on this side of DFW.
