So, I had the Monterey Melt meal and the Monterey Melt is my second favorite sandwich at Whataburger. I went early in the morning and everybody was really nice to me. The manager was friendly and smiling, and the person who prepared my order made sure that everything was right. I had the sandwich with Texas toast and grilled onions, and everything tasted great. I would be happy to recommend this Whataburger in Cedar Hill to my friends.

Will never come to this location again! Every time I come to this location the food here just doesn’t settle well. Fries look like the oil they use has been the same for over weeks! They taste horrible and it shouldn’t because the fries are my favorite but not from this location! Never coming here again!

Do not go to this location. They take forever to get your food ready and don’t even prepare it correctly. My order has been wrong every single time. I am livid because how hard is it to make a burger when the place is basically empty? I don’t see any jalapeños or my gravy dip for my strips anywhere.

This has to be the slowest drive-thru in history. It was a 5-10 minute wait for each car before moving. It seems to be just slightly busy but a good manager would be prepared for Sunday morning rush. The staff was VERY polite and courteous, the service was just slow and without valid reason. This is such an easy fix. Get good management in there.
