The food was great and the service was excellent. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a five was a company policy. I had points accumulated for free items, but you can only redeem them if you dine in or drive thru at a location. They can't be used on delivery orders. I don't drive and the nearest Wendy's to me is an hour and 15 minutes walk. I can understand coupons only being able to use at the restaurant, but redeeming points for free items should be able to be done on a delivery order. There could even be a minimum cost of order to redeem points on a delivery of at least 15 or

We’ve been coming through this drive-thru every other week for the past two years, and unfortunately there hasn’t been a single visit where our order was completely correct. There is almost always at least one item missing from the bag. Mistakes happen, but when it’s every visit over such a long period of time, it becomes very frustrating. Note to owners. We keep coming back because the location is convenient, but the order follow-through really needs improvement.

No counter help. Order at kiosk wanted a sauce due to ketchup allergy. Placed and paid for order with a Card. Asked for the sauce after placing order at kiosk explaining to the counter person that ordering the sauce at kiosk was not an option. She indicated that it was 53 cents. I Had no cash. Really....1 sauce with break your inventory!! Bad customer service

Ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives. It was expensive. Got a dried shrunken potato with a package of sour cream on the side. Sent to the counter to ask for salt and pepper. Got 2 little packages of each. Had to send for more.Had to send for napkins. Overall a miserable experience. At one time, Wendy's used to sell hot, steaming delicious baked potatoes. Now Wendy's is a poor shadow of its former self.
