I was there with my son at 12:30 today. We decided to go inside and order to go. It was very busy (probably peak lunch rush) Isaiah, who took our order was kind, friendly, and efficient. He was patient with my kiddo's order and had a warm smile for every customer we saw him help. As we waited for our food in the pickup area near the counter, we had the opportunity to observe the team working. Everyone was so kind to customers and to their teammates. Genuinely one of the worst Chick-Fil-A experiences that I've ever had. Order was completely wrong and management was no help in resolving the issue. Charged for 40 nuggets and only made it home with 12 but they cannot issue a refund. Not a good support experience. I would highly recommend going to a different location.

This business has so much potential and a truly loyal customer base. But Karla truly made me had an awful experience today; Not the first time… She told me she refund my order after she affirm that my order was not in the system? Not only was she too busy to fulfill a simple order, choosing to just refund me rather than do her job. Lack of Transparency and a total lack of respect for sending a men to my location. Unprofessional. Him making it seem like juvenile harassment. I thought it was about “My Pleasure” . Unethical instead of cohesive leadership approach as a Lead Manager on a Friday. T
