We ordered 3 Vinte Caramel Frapps. We always add a blonde shot and asked for the cup to be lined with extra Caramel. This is what we got. Since when does Starbucks not at least put Caramel drizzle over the whip which was not even sweet. It makes me sad to spend $$$ on a product that is not what was pictured or what we asked for.

I came to this location for the first time, since I just moved to the area and it is the closest. The ordering process was simple I always get the same drink for the last year or so. I’ve never had an issue at any other location but when I got to the window he handed me my drink and it was not at all what I had ordered. When I let the young man know he told me “that’s what you order “ I told him I had ordered it with protein foam he proceeded to tell me “if protein is what you are looking for this drink has more protein than what you order “. I have been to every Starbucks in Leander and cedar park to sit on my laptop on the weekends, this is by far the most consistently good one. Today I walked in, ordered and they brought me my drink and offered to get me a straw, then I sat outside and they came out and offered to wipe down my table cause it had pollen all over it. 10/10 service and the coffee is great as usual.
