Between drive thru, Uber eats and carry outs, good luck getting service or eating in... Thrid time i have been here with family and the order was wrong, missing items, and made poorly. Wait time was 35 mins + staff was not helpful and still had to wait to talk to someone, to fix my order. There's no place to get drinks or condiments, or even a simple straw. Dining area could have been a different experience if the tables and chairs were wiped off.

Placed order for pickup thru the app, accidentally set it as drive-thru when I was picking up at counter. Notified the shift manager, she told me my payment didn't go through even though it was already confirmed paid for and gave me pickup instructions. She still charged me a second time for my food, and when I could finally confirm the original payment had gone through, of course it had - so I was double charged for my order. Always issues with this location, seriously need better staff.

We were greeted by Justin and the most friendliest atmosphere and personality an employee could offer. If it wasn't for an employee like Justin ensuring our happiness and fluidness of working through the kiosks. I'm not certain we'd return as we focus on kindness and appreciation as customers within the store.

I stopped into this McDonalds for lunch. I had the pleasure of meeting a young man named Justin. Justin was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied. Justin is a special needs individual. Unfortunately Justin’s manager was not very friendly and treated Justin rather poorly. Yelling at poor Justin about the machine being out of sweeter for the tea. After sending Justin to the back of the store to get said sweetener. A customer needed assistance. Said manager appeared to be upset that Justin was in the back where she sent him. Instead of out front helping customers. I’m curious if this normal
