Absolutely terrible service. They told me it'd be a 7 minute wait which turned into 20min. When i asked for soy sauce, I said hand it to me now bc you always forget. They insisted that I would get it bc they wrote on my box. 20min later when I got my food, there was No soy sauce. Then they said they ran out so they had to scrounge 2 packets up from God knows where. All the time while waiting for the 1 entree that was only supposed to take 7 minutes, my other food was getting cold. Not even so much as an apology. Just, "here's your food. I had a really good experience at Panda Express in Cedar Rapids. This location is always clean, well organized, and welcoming. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and worked efficiently even during busy hours. I appreciated how quickly the line moved and how patiently the team helped customers with their choices. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. My favorites are the Teriyaki Chicken and Kungpao chicken, which were perfectly cooked and nicely coated with sauce. I sent my dude off to get food. Yes lunch rush came, four women came in to get five plates a piece. That’s 20 plates. Chef kept saying he didn’t need help but took even long. It took an hour to get any food. Dude that made our plates had attitude as well. Food will be good but no one will want to come in dealing with such things. 3/10 review
