After being disappointed at the Amex Centurion Lounge once again with their food and coffee options, I stopped by Peetz Coffee. I tried their seasonal pistachio chai along with a lemon loaf, and I added two extra shots to my iced chai. The iced coffee was exactly how I like it—strong, not too sweet, bold and refreshing. The pistachio chai had a unique nutty flavor that was rich without being overpowering, and it paired perfectly with the light, moist lemon loaf. The service was quick and everyone was very kind. Super Disappointed 🙄. Ok , so i just left this location. Was waiting in line eager to get some of my favorite Peet's and saw 3-4 of the employees behind the counter were constantly touching their faces , snot nose etc with bare hands and then handling customer food and drink cups by the rim. Their personal hygein was just terrible , loose hair , no hats , sloppy clothes, plain just gross and unprofessional. This just isnt a well run / staffed Peet's AT ALL , which is unusual for the chain. I went to get a coffee somewhere else and when I came back by again -the same custoners were still in

I did not try their coffee, but I got one of their breakfast croissants, and it was completely disgusting! Everything had been premade and frozen, and all they had to do was heat it up, but they even failed at that. The cheese was old and cold. There was zero taste to anything. I gagged through it because I was so hungry. I wished I had gone a little further down into the D terminals where there were some established restaurants with customers that looked very happy eating delicious food.

No soy milk, and they do not accept Peet’s Card, because “they are independent”. Which is weird because they proudly use Peet’s signs and coffee sleeves. Airport food stores are just the worst.
