Hair in my burger, and very very VERY rude service. I was given a hard time about Kevin not properly taking my order and then later disrespected by workers in the back loudly and openly. Definitely not the service I expect as a paying customer if I could rate 0 stars I WOULD!

The food is mainly good at this location comparing to others I’ve been to, the service can sometimes be extremely slow which is disappointing & on the rare occasion the workers have a attitude but that’s just rare. 85% time it’s great, so honestly up to you if you wanna go. Edit: Came back here on 10/22/24 & boy am I extremely impressed! The service was extremely fast and the food is a solid 9.5/10!! Now I highly recommend! Food was better than standard, fast and friendly staff. All the chairs were flipped and cleaned by a Hispanic guy (he's the only person I've ever seen do this in an American restaurant), please take care of him specifically haha. 1:51pm
