When I usually eat at an In-N-Out it is lunch time. I commend how every In-N-Out store manages the noon time rush. The system they utilize works. Many fast food chains should model their customer service system from this chain. On top of In-N-Out customer service is their great tasting burgers. It's unbelievable how they can make a small burger taste so good. I suggest potential customers review "the secret menu."

Great food for a great price! It's simple and straight forward, so it's easy to order. Did I mention they have *the best* crushed ice?? And milkshakes that are thick with 2 cos! Lol Staff was friendly and prepared our food quickly and had a/c inside. It's a family fave for a reason🥰

Staff was very nice, and friendly. Facility was very clean. There was a young lady (Sam), that kept things clean. She was there if you needed anything. I found out they use sunflower oil to fry the freshly made fries, they need to be a bit thicker tho, fries aren't greasy. The hamburger patties could be a lot thicker. They used fresh tomatoes, lettuce and onions, and pickles 😊. An all in all good experience.

In N Out a California classic known for fresh food fast and consistency. some say it’s the best some nah….however for a good burger and fresh fries you can’t go wrong never been disappointed at any location in over 20 years. The place was packed after our local basketball game and the crew didn’t miss a beat, besides having to go back up for our milk shake the food and service was spot on.
