I was very disappointed with the service during my recent visit. I stood waiting for my food for over ten minutes while the staff ignored me and other waiting customers to chat with random people. It’s frustrating to be ignored when your order is ready or being prepared, especially when the staff prioritizes socializing over helping the people standing right in front of them. Professionalism was definitely lacking today.

Probably the worst mcdonalds around the area. Every time I come they forget my sauces and I've received my food not fully cooked MULTIPLE times. On top of that, tonight the old white dude taking my payment asked if i wanted my receipt and let me pull forward and I immediately noticed I hadn't paid for my full meal? Completely on him, had to pay at the second window which I don't mind as the lady was nice but you don't ask if I want the receipt if you're not even sure my payment went through..? And then make it seem like it was my fault when you let me pull forward? Always something with this l

How hard is it to make a medium caramel frappe and not a small caramel frappe?? Every single time I’ve ordered a medium it always comes small, same thing happens at the Hatch location. Also, don't make a drive thru 24 hours if its not actually 24 hours ! Came at 3:30 am only to find cones in front of the drive thru, my online order was already placed & I had to cancel it to go to Hatch.

I had the lady at the drive thru lie to my face about an item that was on a deal I wanted off the app because she said she didn’t have enough chicken nuggets for a 20 piece. So I tried to change my order to something else and then she said we don’t enough nuggets for a meal deal either which was only 8 nuggets. I wanted a refund so instead of giving me a refund they actually were able to fulfill the order I wanted through the app? lol so they must of magically had enough. Seems they are not wanting to promote or offers through the app. Also had the manager Claudia lie to my face about her name
