I can’t imagine any time in the future when I would ever return to this place. Here’s why. On our way home from a concert in Turlock, I suggested we try the Ono Hawaiian place in south Ceres. We came in; no one greeted us, so we went to the digital ordering system. I input my order: the fire chicken with mac, rice, and mixed veggies. My wife put in a fish dish with her sides. We paid and sat down. Twenty minutes later, we noticed that people who had come in and ordered after us were served and gone (they did not order online, came in and ordered, waited, got their meals, and left) so I went u

Love the food, but we stopped ordering the aloha plates because the new salad and dressing are not good at all. We loved the old salad and dressing and still hope they bring them back. The new stuff tastes was too bland and generic.

This place was opened no more than a year or 2 ago. Inside dinning is non existent as it appears they are doing construction, with caution tape blocking most of the sitting area inside. Tables and floors are dirty, soda machine is not working, customer service is not what it could be.

I ordered the shrimp, I got home and saw they gave me the Rangoons instead so I called to see what they would do to fix it, they said they would do a refund and replacement, so I drive back, have to wait in the line for 15 minutes and then the manager bryan tells me it’s either a refund or a replacement so he made me waste gas and time for no reason. Very sassy and rude manager, the employees were nice though
